Feeling depressed involves feeling down, lacking energy, feeling hopeless or losing interest or enjoyment in everyday things. You may have a poor appetite, wake early in the morning, having a low mood and feel anxious. You may be taking antidepressant medication which can alleviate some of the symptoms and you may want to do something yourself to help yourself. This session will help you assess and understand the nature of depression.
