Let's Explore Emotions

Your thoughts are what count, but your thoughts are influenced by how you feel. When you feel anxious you experience anxious thoughts and anxious thoughts lead to further anxious feelings. And so, a viscious cycle is set up. To break the cycle we first need to explore how emotions work.

How to Spot Errors in Your Thinking

Your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs have a big effect on the way you feel. If you are feeling bad about things, the chances are that you’re thinking in an unhelpful way. This isn’t done consciously but it will prevent you from making an accurate assessment of your situation and perhaps jump to conclusions or get the wrong end of the stick. Download and study the following sessions to examine the way you think and how to spot errors in your thinking so that you can set yourself straight and feel healthier feelings which will allow you to live successfully.
