You often go to a therapist for CBT, but not everyone has the time or money to do that, so we have designed these short courses based on CBT principles and techniques to help you.
Because you will not have a therapist to engage with you and give you feedback you need to be sure that you can slowly work through the factsheets, assessments and techniques before you enrol. With a little determination you will soon have your hands on a range of techniques and programmes to help put you back in control of your life, work and play.
